Sunday footy heads out west as the Eagles host Hawthorn at Perth Stadium in what shapes as a high-intensity, high-possession clash. With the Hawks keen to run and gun through the corridor and West Coast bringing trademark tackling heat on their home deck, fantasy coaches have plenty of point-scoring avenues to attack.
Our FootyBets.ai model has crunched the numbers, and here are the core studs dominating the optimal builds.
Key Fantasy Targets
- Jack Graham (WCE, MID | Proj: 86.7): Appearing in 100% of our top builds, Graham is the ultimate floor play. His relentless tackling pressure and appetite for contested footy at the coalface make him a near-certain bet to rack up fantasy points.
- Marcus Herbert (WCE, DEF | Proj: 83.3): Another lock across all 10 optimal lineups. Herbert will see plenty of kick-ins and intercept marks across half-back as Hawthorn pump long entries inside 50.
- Tim Kelly (WCE, MID | Proj: 95.6): The Eagles’ midfield maestro boasts the highest ceiling on the slate. Expect Kelly to feast on uncontested possessions, burst clearances, and inside-50 deliveries on his home deck.
- Lloyd Meek (HAW, RUC | Proj: 88.3): The big man holds down the ruck in 9 out of 10 AI builds. Meek’s aerial presence around the ground and dominance in the hitout department give him a massive fantasy floor against West Coast's ruck setup.
- Tom Gross (WCE, FWD | Proj: 54.4): A fixture in every single top lineup, Gross provides the forward-line spark with tackle pressure and sneaky goal-scoring upside to fill out your structure.
