FootyBets.aiDockers vs Crows: DraftStars AI Targets for Friday Night Footy
Friday night footy heads west as Fremantle welcome Adelaide to Perth Stadium for a fiery interstate showdown under the lights. With both sides desperate to bank four points, expect an intense midfield battle and fast-paced corridor play. It shapes up as a cracking contest for fans and a goldmine for daily fantasy coaches.
The AI Core Targets
- Sam Berry (Adelaide | MID – Proj: 95.7): A unanimous 10/10 selection across our AI builds. Berry's elite tackling pressure and contested ball-winning ability give him a rock-solid floor with massive scoring upside in a high-pressure midfield scrap.
- Josh Treacy (Fremantle | FWD – Proj: 84.0): Also featuring in 100% of optimal lineups, the 'Big Cohuna' is primed for a big night at home. His ability to crash packs, take contested grabs, and hit the scoreboard makes him the premier forward anchor.
- Izak Rankine (Adelaide | MID – Proj: 108.0): Pure dynamite. Attending heavy centre bounces while pushing forward to hit the scoreboard, Rankine’s lethal mix of clearances, inside 50s, and goal-kicking gives him the highest projected ceiling on the slate.
- Jordan Clark (Fremantle | DEF – Proj: 80.9): The Dockers love getting the footy in Clark’s hands off half-back. Expect him to rack up uncontested marks, high disposal numbers, and plenty of rebound-50 metres gained.
- Neil Erasmus (Fremantle | MID – Proj: 65.2): Appearing in 7 of 10 builds, Erasmus provides fantastic clearance work and hard-nosed tackling around the stoppages.
Position-by-Position Quick Tips
- DEF: Lock in Jordan Clark as your primary distributor, while Oscar McDonald and Luke Ryan offer solid intercept marking support down back.
- MID: Build around Adelaide's dynamic duo of Izak Rankine and Sam Berry, with Jordan Dawson and Andrew Brayshaw serving as elite point-scoring monsters.
- RUC: Toby Murray provides great lineup flexibility, but don't overlook Luke Jackson if you want unmatched athleticism and around-the-ground ceiling.
- FWD: Josh Treacy is non-negotiable, while Michael Frederick and Darcy Fogarty offer high-upside goal-scoring punch.
