Carlton vs Hawthorn Brownlow Votes — Round 3 2022

In a thrilling one-point victory for the Blues, their midfield brigade proved the difference. Patrick Cripps was the clear standout, playing a physically dominant game that will undoubtedly catch the umpires' eyes. George Hewett's grunt work at the stoppages was pivotal, while Sam Docherty accumulated possession at will across half-back. While Hawthorn had solid contributors like Changkuoth Jiath, the sheer volume and impact of the Carlton ball-winners dictates a likely clean sweep of the votes.
