Port Adelaide vs Hawthorn Brownlow Votes — Round 2 2022

Hawthorn dominated Port Adelaide by 64 points, a margin that typically restricts votes exclusively to the winning side despite high disposal counts from Port Adelaide's midfielders. Mitch Lewis was the standout player on the ground with a bag of five goals. Tom Mitchell was the best of the winning midfielders, while Jack Gunston provided high-impact support in the forward half. While Travis Boak gathered 39 disposals, the 'empty' nature of those stats in a heavy defeat makes him unlikely to poll over the influential Hawks.
