St Kilda vs Collingwood Brownlow Votes — Round 1 2022

Collingwood's midfield recruits stole the show, with Patrick Lipinski accumulating possession at will and Jordan De Goey adding significant scoreboard pressure. While the Magpies controlled the engine room, St Kilda found an unlikely hero in debutant Jack Hayes, whose aerial dominance and three goals were hard to ignore despite the loss. The winners' ball-winners ultimately had too much class and volume to be overlooked for the major votes.
